Morton Hospital EMS/MA Training Schedule
Welcome!
Now that you have completed your orientation, you are ready to put in your schedule request. The process for submitting schedules is as follows:
Click on the ER calendar below for a schedule of open shifts. Submit an email to julia.barnes@steward.org with the dates and times that you would like to be scheduled. Please be very detailed.
Acceptable: Monday, May 9, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. – ER
Not Acceptable: Fridays, 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Mondays, 11 p.m. - 7 a.m., any unit
Available shifts are 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.; 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.; and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
ER Calendar - 2 openings per shift Sunday - Saturday (ICU: 1 opening per shift Sunday - Saturday):

Note: An asterisk (*) depicts an ICU shift.
OR hours are to be booked by calling Donna Bryce at 508-828-7280.
Students may not work more than 8 hours in a day.
All schedule requests must be received by the 20th of each month. You may submit up to two months of calendars (ie: July and August).
Completed calendar will be available to view/print on the 25th of each month. Please indicate whether your shifts are to be scheduled on the ICU or in the Emergency Room.

The Women’s Imaging Center
The Women’s Imaging Center is open six days a week. Mammography appointments are available Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you have discovered a lump in your breast, you will be seen as quickly as possible.
