Morton Hospital offers a comprehensive Cancer Care program for patients who are undergoing treatment. We provide a multi-disciplinary approach to help our patients from the first stage of diagnosis through treatment and recovery.
Morton Hospital recently received a three-year accreditation with commendation from the Commission on Cancer (CoC) for our cancer care program. Receiving care at the CoC-accredited cancer program ensures that a patient will have access to: comprehensive care, including a range of state-of-the art services and equipment, a multispecialty, team approach to coordinate the best treatment options, a cancer registry that collects data on type and stage of cancers and treatment results and offers lifelong patient follow-up and, most importantly, high-quality care close to home.
Throughout the year, Morton Hospital hosts a variety of cancer screenings available at no cost to the public. These screenings include skin cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer. Check back regularly for upcoming dates and times.
