Before any sleep studies can be conducted, you must contact your primary care physician and ask for a referral to The Sleep Disorders Center. The doctor can request either a sleep study or a consultation with the board-certified sleep specialist.
You will be asked to complete an extensive sleep questionnaire. If it is determined that you could benefit from studies in our Sleep Disorders Center, an appointment will be scheduled for you. You may request a tour of the facilities and an explanation of the procedures prior to the day or night of your appointment.
Please check with your insurance company regarding any required referrals you may need.
Call us at (508) 880-0713, and we can assist you with the process.
