Location: Morton Hospital & Medical Center
Description: The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid class is offered every other month. This course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course content includes first aid basics, medical emergencies and injury emergencies. This certificate is valid for 24 months. You must be pre-registered and pre-paid 2 weeks before the class. Please call 508 828 7777 for a registration form. Once payment and the registration form is received, you will be sent the workbook to review prior to attending the class. Please also bring this workbook to the class. NO WALK-INs. PRE-REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT IN ADVANCE IS MANDATORY. Thank you.

Description: The Heartsaver AED course teaches CPR & AED use, relief of choking in adults, children and infants, CPR and use of barrier devices for all ages. It is designed for those whom wish to learn rescue breathing, obstructed airway, and CPR skills for the adult, child and infant. This is a one evening course. This certificate is valid for 24 months. We will teach both re-certification and first time certification in this class. You must be pre-registered and pre-paid 2 weeks before the class. Please call 508 828 7777 for a registration form.
