Buy a few comfortable nursing bras. Bras should have non-elastic straps. The cup of the bra should enclose the entire breast and should not be tight-fitting. Avoid underwire bras. Breast shells may help flat or inverted nipples; ask your doctor if you need them. Use no soaps or drying agents on your nipples.
