Health Express and Steward Health Care have partnered to provide an urgent care center that offers comprehensive pediatric and adult urgent care – Health Express with Morton Hospital in Raynham. The center provides patients with convenient access to quality care in those instances when an illness or injury does not require an emergency room visit yet does require immediate medical expertise.
At Health Express, no appointment is necessary and you do not need a referral. All patients are seen by a board-certified emergency room (ER) doctor. Our highly trained ER doctors can treat a wide range of illnesses as well as offer physicals and vaccinations. We also have an X-ray machine and lab on-site as well as IV capabilities. Most insurance plans are accepted and the co-pay is comparable to an office visit.
What is Urgent Care and When Should I Use It?
An urgent care center allows you to see a doctor without an appointment. Urgent care is for illnesses and injuries that need the attention of a doctor but not necessarily the emergency room.
