Morton Hospital and TACC to Host Health and Wellness Fair on September 23rd
Morton Hospital and the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) will partner to host the “Greater Taunton Health and Wellness Fair” on Friday, September 23rd. The free, family-friendly event will run from 3 pm – 7 pm at the ForeKicks indoor and outdoor sports complex, located at 223 Fremont St. in Taunton.
The event will feature health screenings, interactive demonstrations, wellness services and resources, presentations on various health and wellness topics, family fitness activities, giveaways and more.
“The Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to serving our community in many ways – from partnering with and supporting our local businesses to enhancing the quality of life for residents,” said Kerrie Babin, Chamber President. “The Taunton area is home to many wonderful health- and wellness-focused businesses, and this event is an opportunity to showcase their services and provide health education and resources to families and individuals of all ages. We’re fortunate to be able to partner with Morton Hospital to put this great event on for our community.”
Participating exhibitors will include: Old Colony YMCA - Taunton, The Arbors at Taunton, The Travel Experience Inc., AAA Raynham, Milton Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, Morton Hospital Emergency Department, Morton Hospital Rehabilitation Services, Morton Hospital Speech, Hearing and Language Center, Morton Hospital Nutrition Services, Morton Hospital Center for Wound Healing, Morton Hospital Sleep Disorders Center and Morton Hospital Imaging Services.
